One of the most useful softwares developed for optimum use of energy are
productivity database softwares. Productivity Database softwares refers to
word processors, spreadsheets, database management systems, PDA’s and other
schedulers that are designed to manage and increase productivity for
individual and business use.
As a matter of fact there are some custom-designed information systems that
provide the primary data processing in most businesses and organizations.
These kinds of systems are usually expensive and effective in determining
the productivity of employees, machines, transportation and manufacturing.

Mostly aimed towards business, process maps are one of the most useful
productivity database software available in the market today. It helps you
see the way things happens in any activity and allows you to skip, alter or
add another step to the process in order to make it more efficient and
effective.

Spreadsheets are mostly aimed for determining the use of resources. Usually

time and work hours), Quality of work and a lot more.

course document most of the activities we do and continually allow us to

This tool is probably the most useful tool for people who use the internet a

information each individual has. Most individuals have different passwords

access points. Password managers make their lives easier by providing a

password to access everything inside it. These are just a few examples of
data productivity software, I am sure there are a lot more out there to
mention, but for me these are the most essential ones. I personally use 5 of
these productivity softwares and it has helped me improve my productivity by
at least 50%. The only thing needed with these things is a bit of studying
and practicing in order to maximize their use.
